UPDATE: ALUMNI BAND IS STILL ON!
Despite the unfortunate, yet necessary call to forfeit the game on Friday due to injured players, WE WILL still celebrate our final night under the lights! Please plan to attend and participate. The night will simply be a shorter evening. Looking forward to seeing you Friday!
What's the schedule?
Friday, October 11, 2019
4:30 p.m. – Check-in opens outside the band room. Pick up your name tag and free Alumni Band T-Shirt (compliments of MAMA).
5:00 p.m. – Tailgate Picnic (compliments of MAMA) outside the band room in the middle parking lot. Meet up with friends and directors from years past and meet our current members. Menu – Hamburgers, Hot-dogs, chips, macaroni and potato salad, cold beverages, cookies and brownies with cold beverages.
6:00 p.m. – Check-in closes. Rehearsal of Alumni Band music and routines in the parking lot outside the band room.
6:40 p.m. – Band and Alumni will march to the field and enter the athletic field gate. Alumni are encouraged to sit in the reserved alumni band section closest to the band in the home bleachers or stand on the track and cheer on the field show.
7:00 p.m. - Millersburg Band Field Show with alumni band to follow. Star Spangled Banner and Alma Mater from the field
We wish for ALL band alumni, even if you will not be performing to join us on the field to show your school pride. Stand on the home field one last time as a Marching Indian and enjoy being under the lights.
